2024 Highlights & Events on our radar for 2025
Thanks for signing up to be a part of our insiders crew at Consuming Collective! We’re so excited to connect and keep you better informed about epic events, our top foodie finds and the latest behind-the-scenes from your favorite NYC restaurants and beyond.
We kept saying we’d stay in on NYE…
It’s one of those holidays where the hype all seems a bit too much so we typically prefer to stay in. But when enticed with a last minute French inspired dinner with some of our closest crew it was hard to turn down! Being that we’re doing dry January again this year, we of course fit in a couple more spots throughout the evening that we’d be wanting to (eat&) drink at. The night was a big success! Here’s the rundown;
Bar Contra — Elevated bar snacks & cocktails
Sinsa — Newly opened Korean Wine Bar
Brass — A grand dining room for French inspired cuisine
Romeo’s — Funky cocktail bar with a fun vibe & open late

‘Eating with Experts’ became it’s own platform
This was our biggest and most fun project of the year! The original question “Where do you eat on your night off?” turned into full blown interviews with industry experts. We got to sit down with some serious icons including Jaques Pépin and Dale DeGroff.

We traveled near & far for incredible eats again this year…
From a USA Road Trip to Italy, Malta, The Cayman Islands and all the way to Thailand to celebrate our 10 year anniversary! This was a year of truly ‘Eating Around the World.’
